Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to West Coast Boardwear within 30 days of the invoice date. (Excludes snow merchandise)
The following terms apply to returns of West Coast Boardwear purchases:

• Returns must be recieved within 30 days of purchase.
• Under some circumstances returns after 30 days of purchase will be accepted, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns after 60 days of purchase are not accepted.
• Shoes should not be worn and should be in their original box. Shoe boxes should NOT be taped or have labels affixed to them as this would prevent resale of the shoe and will result in a $10 restocking fee to the customer. To avoid damaged shoe boxes wrap before shipping.
• Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
• Videos must be unopened.
• Skateboards must be un-skated and in new condition.

Exchanges

You may indicate an item for exchange on our return form, however West Coast Boardwear cannot guarantee the item you would like, as a replacement will be in stock. We recommend placing a new order online and having your card refunded when we recieve your return.
